Computer Game Sales

Due to the nature of our downloadable software products and the potential for abuse, all sales of our downloadable products are final, and no returns will be accepted. Credits for additional downloads may be issued on a case by case basis. You are urged to download and try our free Orientation Game that will in effect let you know if your computer can run our products. Additionally, this sample game will give you a comprehensive understanding of the content of our games.

The Sale of Digital Products also offers other types of non-tangible digital goods and services, such as eBooks, we realize that exceptional circumstances can take place with regard to the nature of the digital goods and services that we supply.

Therefore, it should be noted that we will not honor requests for refunds based on the following reasons:

1. Non-delivery of the product due to some mailing issue with your e-mail service provider or your own mail server which may cause you not to receive a delivery e-mail from us. In this case we recommend that you contact us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to us within 7 days of the order placing date. Otherwise the product will be considered downloaded and received;

2. Downloading and unzipping issues: it may so happen that you are having problems while downloading the product or with its unzipping. Claims regarding such issues must be submitted to us within 7 days. If you do not promptly contact us during this period, you agree that we may construe silence as a successful download of the product with no further right of redress or refund for a “download issue” reason. Failure to request assistance for downloading or unzipping within 7 days may result in a refund decline;

3. Major defects: although all the products were thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may still occur. Such issues must be submitted for our consideration. We retain the right to rectify the error or defect within 72 hours. If any deficiency is acknowledged and we fail to correct it within 72 hours from the time of the initial complaint letter or any other notification provided by a customer, the refund will be issued to the customer in full without any additional compensation or reimbursement. Or, at the customer’s choice, a replacement product of the same or greater value can be offered. Please be advised that temporary access to your server can be requested by our technicians in order to identify and fix the possible issues with our Products. Failure to provide such access in a timely manner may result in a delayed resolution of the issue.

4. Product not-as-described: such issues should be reported to us within 7 days from the date of purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on our website. Complaints which are based merely on the customer’s false expectations or wishes will not be entertained.

Please note that we will not consider any refund/return/exchange requests based on the incompatibility of our products with other third-party software products (plug-ins, add-ons, modules, search engines, scripts, extensions, etc) apart from those which are specified as compatible in the description page of each product. We don’t guarantee that our products are fully compatible with any third-party programs and we do not provide support for third-party applications.
