Max the Ax Logo

The Earth for the Lord Jesus Christ.

The concept of the Logo is that it is firstly a shield of the type that was typically used in the Middle Ages or Medieval period. This period lasted from the 5th to the 15th century. It began with the collapse of the Western Roman Empire and merged into the Renaissance and the Age of Discovery. The Middle Ages is the middle period of the three traditional divisions of Western history: Antiquity, Medieval period, and Modern period.

It testifies to the fact that we will keep the (shield of) faith in the Lord Jesus Christ until He returns.

Luke 18:8

8 I tell you that He will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless when the Son of Man comes, shall He find faith on the earth?

The layout of the 5 crosses on the shield, is symbolic of firstly our trust in the work that the Lord Jesus Christ did for us at the cross of Calvary.

I Corinthians 1:23-24

23 But we preach Christ crucified, to the Jews a stumbling-block, and to the Greeks foolishness;
24 But to them which are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God, and the wisdom of God.

The layout of these 5 crosses has been adopted from the Jerusalem cross.

Jerusalem_crossThe Jerusalem cross, also known as Crusaders’ cross or the “Five-fold Cross”, is a heraldic cross or Christian symbol consisting of a large cross potent surrounded by four smaller Greek crosses, one in each quadrant. The variant to the design adopted by us has the four crosslets also in the form of crosses potent.

The design originated with the coat of arms worn by the Frankish knight  Godfrey of Bouillon during the First Crusade, and it remained in use as the armorial of the Kingdom of Jerusalem throughout its duration (1099–1291). The original symbolism of the five-fold cross is variously given as the Five Wounds of Christ (two hands, two feet and his side) , Christ and the four quarters of the world, Christ and the four evangelists.

For us, the Five-fold Cross symbolism can be broken down to represent: the Lord Jesus Christ, who encompasses all believers throughout the ages (the large cross) :

Revelation 1:8

8 I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, says the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty.

The 4 smaller crosses for us represent the four levels of the Restoration of the Church which started at the end of the Medieval Period, and are as follows:

  1. The initiation of the Protestant Movement with Justification by Faith by Martin Luther in 1517;
  2. Personal Saving Faith by John Wesley in 1738;
  3. The Pentecostal Experience by William Seymour in 1906; and
  4. The Perfection of the Saints in 2010, with the Rapture occurring upon completion.

A deeper explanation of this concept is given by the Church of Perfection. The Gospel of Perfection shows the algorithm and other details that link these layers of restoration, this book can be purchased at Wise Virgins.

The city of Jerusalem is of prime importance, because this is where the Lord Jesus Christ will reside during the upcoming Millennium Reign of Christ.

Zechariah 2:4-5

4 And said to him, Run, speak to this young man, saying, Jerusalem shall be inhabited as towns without walls for the multitude of men and cattle therein:
5 For I, says the LORD, will be to her a wall of fire round about, and will be the glory in the midst of her.

Lastly the colors of the shield, Gold is symbolic of the Royalty and Kingship of the Lord Jesus Christ, who is the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. The Red is symbolic of the Fire of God mixed with the Blood of Christ. The saints of God will be equipped with these and therewith defeat the enemy.

Revelation 19:13-16

13 And He was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and His name is called The Word of God.
14 And the armies which were in heaven followed Him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean.
15 And out of His mouth goes a sharp sword, that with it He should smite the nations: and He shall rule over them with a rod of iron: and He treads the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.
16 And He has on his vesture and on His thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.

Our Motto: “The Earth for the Lord Jesus Christ” confirms our commitment to reaching the lost with the Gospel. With the moral decay in the world and the uprising of false religions with violence, our resolve must now be stronger than ever. In the end, only those persons who put their hope and trust in the Lord Jesus Christ will be saved. Unbelievers and the ungodly will be lost for all eternity, hence we are duty bound to warn persons of the pending predicament that they face.

Mark 16:15-16

15 And He said to them, Go you into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.
16 He that believes and is baptized shall be saved: but he that believes not shall be damned.

The Millennium Reign of Christ will be starting soon. Here and now is where we prove ourselves to be worthy to rule and reign with Christ the Lord.

Isaiah 2:3-4

3 And many people shall go and say, Come you, and let us go up to the mountain of the LORD, to the house of the God of Jacob; and He will teach us of His ways, and we will walk in His paths: for out of Zion shall go forth the law, and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem.
4 And He shall judge among the nations, and shall rebuke many people: and they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruninghooks: nation shall not lift up sword against nation, neither shall they learn war any more.
